1. Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) PA1 a. Building Canada Fund-Communities Component $155.5 $30.4 $20.5 Infrastructure Canada and the ACOA will continue to co-manage 23 projects forecasted to be completed during the fiscal year 2012-2013. Of these, 10 projects will contribute to cleaner environment though waste water infrastructure and an additional 13 projects will improve the liveability in smaller communities in Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia through local road, recreation and water infrastructure.

Infrastructure Canada worked closely with ACOA to monitor the progress of 51 ongoing projects as of April 1, 2012.

As of March 31, 2013, 29 projects were completed in fiscal year 2012-2013 year, for a total of completed 160 projects worth more than $294.2 million.

2. Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec (CED-Q)   a. Building Canada Fund-Communities Component $422.6 $72.3 $46.9

Infrastructure Canada and CED-Q will continue to co-manage four projects forecasted to be completed during the fiscal year 2012-13. Of these, two projects will contribute to cleaner environment though waste water infrastructure and an additional two projects will improve smaller communities in Quebec through local road, recreation and water infrastructure.

Infrastructure Canada worked closely with CED-Q to monitor ther progress of 94 ongoing projects.

As of March 31, 2013, 30 projects under the fund have been completed.

3. Transport Canada PA1 a. Building Canada Fund-Major Infrastructure Component $3,739.6 $1,014.4 $785.0 Transport Canada will continue to serve as the lead federal department in the management of contribution agreements for transportation projects under BCF-MIC. In its role, Transport Canada will continue to work with recipients to implement Contribution Agreements and to deliver program funding to recipients under the Terms and Conditions of the BCF-MIC. Transport Canada and Infrastructure Canada will continue to work together to review new transportation project priorities that are identified for funds remaining under the BCF-MIC, but Infrastructure Canada will be solely responsible for reviewing transit projects.  In addition, Infrastructure Canada and Transport Canada will ensure that all selected projects meet the eligibility criteria of the BCF-MIC as set out in the program Terms and Conditions.  Based on information available from project proponents, it is expected that over 15 projects will be completed during fiscal year 2012-13.

As of March 31, 2013, Transport Canada has managed 89 transportation projects under BCF-MIC. Of these, in 2012-2013, construction started on three projects, while construction was completed on 12 projects.

4. Western Economic Diversification (WED)   a. Building Canada Fund-Communities Component $381.3 $96.8 $62.1 Infrastructure Canada and WED will continue to co-manage 62 projects forecasted to be completed during the fiscal year 2012-2013.  Of these, 16 projects will contribute to cleaner environment though solid waste and waste water infrastructure and an additional 46 projects will improve smaller communities in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia through local road, disaster mitigation, culture, recreation and water infrastructure.

Infrastructure Canada worked closely with WED to monitor the progress of 77 ongoing projects.

As of March 31, 2013, 253 projects under the fund have been completed.

5. Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario)   a. Building Canada Fund-Communities Component $379.2 $50.0 $55.2

Infrastructure Canada and FedDev will continue to co-manage 20 projects forecasted to be completed during the fiscal year 2012-2013.  Of these, 9 projects will contribute to cleaner environment though waste water infrastructure and an additional 11 projects will improve smaller communities in Ontario through local road, culture, recreation and water infrastructure.

Infrastructure Canada worked closely with FedDev to monitor the progress of 36 ongoing projects as of April 1, 2012.

As of March 31, 2013, 198 projects under the fund have been completed.
