  • Operating authorities available as of the end of Q2 2017-18 were $132.5 million, compared with $127.8 million as of the end of Q2 2016-17. 
  • Capital authorities available as of the end of Q2 2017-18 were $548.2 million, compared with $101.6 million as of the end of Q2 2016-17. 
  • Contribution (Voted and Statutory) authorities available as of the end Q2 2017-18 were $6.355 billion, compared with $5.068 billion as of the end of Q2 2016-17.      
  • Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan authorities as of the end of Q2 2017-18 were $6.1 million, compared with $6.8 million as of the end of Q2 2016-17. 
  • The total of authorities available for use as of the end of Q2 2017-18 were $7.042 billion, compared with $5.305 billion as of the end of Q2 2016-17.

  • Authorities used for Contributions (Voted and Statutory) as of Q2 2017-18 were $1.287 billion compared to $1.41 billion in Q2 2016-17. 
  • Authorities used for Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan were $3.1 million as of the end of Q2 2017-18, compared with $2.9 million as of the end of Q2 2016-17. 
  • Total year-to-date budgetary expenditures were $1.33 billion, compared to $1.442 billion reported in the same period of 2016-17.
