  • Operating authorities available as of the end of Q3 2017-18 were $217.2 million, compared with $130.2 million as of the end of Q3 2016-17.
  • Capital authorities available as of the end of Q3 2017-18 were $576.4 million, compared with $125.4 million as of the end of Q3 2016-17.
  • Contribution (Voted and Statutory) authorities available as of the end Q3 2017-18 were $6.355 billion, compared with $5.089 billion as of the end of Q3 2016-17.
  • Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan authorities as of the end of Q3 2017-18 were $6.3 million, compared with $6.8 million as of the end of Q3 2016-17.
  • The total of authorities available for use as of the end of Q3 2017-18 were $7.155 billion, compared with $5.352 billion as of the end of Q3 2016-17.

  • Authorities used for Contributions (Voted and Statutory) as of Q3 2017-18 were $2.303 billion compared to $2.301 billion in Q3 2016-17.
  • Authorities used for Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan were $4.6 million as of the end of Q3 2017-18, compared with $4.4 million as of the end of Q3 2016-17. 
  • Total year-to-date budgetary expenditures were $2.371 billion, compared to $2.356 billion reported in the same period of 2016-17.
