  • Operating authorities available as of the end of Q2 2016-17 were $127.8 million, compared with $73.6 million as of the end of Q2 2015-16.
  • Capital authorities available as of the end of Q2 2016-17 were $101.6 million, compared with $77.6 million as of the end of Q2 2015-16. 
  • Contribution (Voted and Statutory) authorities available as of the end Q2 2016-17 were $5.068 billion, compared with $3.543 billion as of the end of Q2 2015-16.
  • Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan authorities as of the end of Q2 2016-17 were $6.8 million, compared with $5.6 million as of the end of Q2 2015-16. 
  • The total of authorities available for use as of the end of Q2 2016-17 were $5.305 billion, compared with $3.7 billion as of the end of Q2 2015-16.

  • Authorities used for Contributions (Voted and Statutory) as of Q2 2016-17 were $1.41 billion compared to $1.469 billion in Q2 2015-16. 
  • Authorities used for Contributions to the Employee Benefit Plan were $2.9 million as of the end of Q2 2016-17, compared with $2.8 million as of the end of Q2 2015-16. 
  • Total year-to-date budgetary expenditures were $1.442 billion, compared to $1.527 billion reported in the same period of 2015-16.
