Service Standards for Infrastructure Canada's Funding Programs

The Government of Canada is modernizing the way it administers its Grants and Contributions. Part of this modernization includes posting and adhering to service standards. These service standards publicly state the level of performance that clients can reasonably expect to receive under normal circumstances.1

Infrastructure Canada aims to meet its service standards 80 percent of the time.

In 2016-17, we changed our service standards to make them more meaningful and recipient-focused. Service standards push the department to strive for increased service excellence. We continue to work with our provincial and territorial partners to meet the service standards developed for all of our programs and improve the services we offer to our clients.

Infrastructure Canada is committed to adhering to the following service standards.
