Note 1: In December 2010, the Government of Canada announced that the construction deadline for projects under the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund and the Building Canada Fund Communities Component Top-Up, the two programs under the Economic Action Plan, was being extended until October 31, 2011. As a result, some funding for these programs will be transferred from 2010-2011 to 2011-2012. This transfer of funding will be requested through 2011-2012 Supplementary Estimates.

Please note the following change:

The line item called "National Trails Coalition Fund" was removed, since all money for this funding program (National Recreational Trails) was committed and spent in 2009-10. There are no planned expenditures under this program for the current (2011-12) fiscal year.
