New Bridge for the St. Lawrence - Technical Reports

The Champlain Bridge is continuously monitored and inspected to ensure it remains safe. The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) recently received an inspection report from the engineering firm Buckland & Taylor that recommends repairs be made to the Champlain Bridge and accelerating the construction of the new bridge for the St. Lawrence. Transport Canada mandated a third-party engineering firm, J.L. Richards, to examine Buckland & Taylor's recommendations. J.L. Richards' report can be accessed below:
